Autumn Menu 2018


 


Autumn creeps up on us, first a crisping of the leaves and warm gentle afternoons, and an ideal opportunity to introduce some warmer flavours and layered dishes. A bumper crop of fruits and vegetables offer a range of intense flavours and substantial textures and this is reflected in our new seasonal menu.

Think fresh, clean and colourful, the new Autumn menu is available from Thursday, 8th March.

To tempt the palate…imagine an entrée of rich, sweet, firm flavours of Hiramasa King Fish, combined with a zingy depth of forest peppermint and orange, dotted with pops of colour from luscious beetroot yoghurt and a subtle savoury crunch of pistachios and olives.

Crumbly rich golden pastry casing, filled with an earthy combination of Goats cheese and Autumn mushrooms, topped off with healthy pine nut crumble and mushroom floss.

Inspired by the All Natural Dinner, one of the vegetarian meals on offer is a sublime combination of flavours and textures, Charcoal Roasted Jerusalem Artichoke pumpkin and broccolini, babaganoush, miso, pepita and sunflower seeds.

Guaranteed to induce cravability, imagine a rich and glossy Maple Glazed Duck with a smooth and silky parsnip vanilla, the mellow sweetness of caramelised endive, pan juices and rounded off with an additional crunch element of granola, this main is a perfect celebration and embodiment of Autumn flavours.
